(2) Start the grading wheel from zero and gradually adjust it to the specified speed
(3) Turn on the fan, cyclone discharge, dust removal discharge and feeding motor power in turn, then turn on the main power supply of the feeding bin, set the frequency of the frequency converter, and then start feeding for crushing
(4) The particle size of the finished product can be adjusted by the frequency and feeding amount of the grading wheel
3. Shutdown
The shutdown sequence is: frequency converter - feeder - main air valve - compressor - grading impeller motor - cyclone discharge and dust removal discharge switch - Fan - main power supply - air compressor
4. Maintenance of airflow crusher manufacturer
(1) The motor shall be lubricated regularly, but the lubricating grease shall not be too much to avoid excessive bearing temperature
(2) Carefully check the wear of the grading impeller, screw feeder and crushing nozzle, and properly adjust the tightness of the drive belt
(3) After crushing the material for a certain time, clean the powder attached to the machine to avoid blocking and affecting the crushing effect.
(4) After a period of use, the filter bag shall be cleaned or replaced.
5. The air mill manufacturer reminds you of several precautions
(1) When the unloader is running, do not put your hand into the discharge outlet to avoid accidents.
(2) The speed of the impeller shall not exceed the specified value, otherwise the temperature will be too high and damage the impeller and motor.
(3) Safety valves, etc. must be checked regularly to ensure safety.
