1. After the production of the air mill is completed, turn off the power supply and send all materials in production to the intermediate station according to the material entry and exit procedures. Hang the equipment to be cleaned status board.
2. Open the chemical crusher and move the receiving bag, screen and removable air duct into the water tank of the cleaning room. Inject about 2 / 3 volume of 30 ~ 40 ℃ warm water into the water tank, soak it for 10-30min, and then wash the front and back of the powder collection bag repeatedly with running water until the powder collection bag is clean;
3. The screen and air duct shall be washed with a soft brush to clarify the aqueous solution, and washed with ionic water for three times. Dry in the clean area of the same level as the crushing room for standby.
4. Dip warm water with a clean special cloth and wipe the material inlet, inner cavity, outlet and powder receiving room of the pulverizer repeatedly until they are clean.
5. Clean the inner wall of the chemical mill, the powder conveying pipe and the cyclone separator thoroughly with deionization.
6. Dry the above parts with a clean dry towel, and then wipe them with 75% ethanol.
7. Wipe the ground, distribution cabinet, motor and operation cabinet of the operation room. After the bag and screen are dry, clean and flush the ground of the operation room on time until there is no dust and ponding on the ground.
