The ultra-fine pulverizer of traditional Chinese medicine is a horizontal shaft reflective pulverizer, which can complete two processing procedures of micro pulverization and particle sorting at the same time. The pulverizer is composed of a moving disc and a gear ring. Through the high-speed rotation of the moving disc with special shape, the material particles are repeatedly squeezed, collided and sheared between the moving disc and the stationary gear ring, so as to achieve pulverization, The material is conveyed to the crushing chamber by the quantitative feeding system. The material is impacted and sheared between the high-speed rotating rotor and the stator of the tooth lining. The crushed material enters the classification area driven by the air flow. The qualified material is collected by the cyclone and dust collector, and the unqualified material is returned to the crushing area for crushing.

Troubleshooting of common faults of traditional Chinese medicine superfine pulverizer:

1. Inlet and outlet blowback: improper adjustment of air valve, blockage of conveying pipeline, blockage of screen hole, too short powder collection bag or poor air permeability, serious wear of hammer edge, etc. will cause inlet and outlet blowback. When this phenomenon occurs, first find out the cause, and then take targeted measures to eliminate the blockage, or adjust the valve to eliminate the blockage, or replace the powder collection bag to increase air permeability, or replace the hammer.

2. Bearing Overheating: when the bearing is not properly lubricated, damaged or the main shaft is bent, the rotor is seriously unbalanced, the belt is too tight and the bearing is overheated. The bearing can be restored to normal state by adding and changing lubricating oil, replacing bearing, main shaft, balancing rotor and adjusting belt tightness.

3、 Strong vibration of crusher: the following reasons may cause strong vibration of crusher:

The hammer is installed and arranged incorrectly.

(2) The weight deviation of the corresponding two groups of hammers is too large;

(3) Bearing damage or spindle bending;

(4) The foot connecting screw is loose. If the hammers are misaligned, they shall be rearranged according to the instructions; If the weight deviation of the corresponding two groups of hammers is too large, the weight difference shall be balanced so that the weight difference does not exceed 5g; If the bearing is damaged or the main shaft is bent, it shall be replaced in time; I if the bottom connecting screw is loose, tighten it.

4. The crusher has abnormal sound: the internal parts of the crusher are damaged or fall off, or hard objects such as stones and iron blocks enter the crusher, resulting in abnormal sound. The crusher shall be shut down immediately for inspection, replace damaged parts or take out hard objects.

5. Low production efficiency: insufficient motor power, improper pulley preparation, belt slip, serious wear of hammer, uneven feeding or excessive water content of raw materials are the main reasons for low production efficiency. If the above situation occurs, corresponding measures can be taken to solve it, or the motor or pulley can be replaced to improve the speed, but it shall not exceed the rated working speed; Or adjust the belt tightness, or replace the belt, or replace the hammer. In operation, the feeding shall be uniform, the feeding speed shall be fast, and the feeding shall be continuous and uniform; Raw materials that are too wet should be dried first and then crushed.
