1、 Different crushing methods

At the same time, for materials with high hardness, the crushing effect is also good, which does not affect the service life of the equipment.
The disc air flow pulverizer is used to crush the materials by directly impacting the inner wall of the crushing chamber through the air flow. Therefore, the lining of the inner wall of the crushing chamber is worn during the crushing process, and the materials may be polluted. At the same time, the lining needs to be replaced regularly, and the cost of spare parts is high.
2、 The nozzles are arranged in different ways
The nozzle of the fluidized bed airflow pulverizer is perpendicular to the crushing chamber, and the crushing nozzle of the disc airflow pulverizer is tangent to the crushing chamber.
3、 Granularity is controlled differently
The particle size of fluidized bed air mill is controlled by adjusting the high-speed rotation speed of grading wheel, and the particle size accuracy is well controlled; The disc air mill is only adjusted by adjusting the feeding speed, and the particle size is not easy to control.
4、 Different system wind pressure
The whole crushing process of fluidized bed air flow crusher is a negative pressure process. The induced draft fan behind the system needs high pressure type. There is no dust leakage in the whole crushing process and does not pollute the production environment. The disc air mill is of positive pressure type, which does not have high requirements for induced draft fan, and even does not need induced draft fan and dust collector. The crushing process is easy to cause dust leakage and the production environment is very easy to be polluted.
5、 The control cabinet has different methods and different costs
Because the fluidized bed airflow crusher controls the particle size by adjusting the high-speed rotation of the grading wheel, it needs a frequency converter to control, so the cost is relatively high. The disc air mill has low control requirements, but only controls other in the system, such as discharge valve or dust collector, and the relative cost is also very low.
6、 The particle size distribution of finished products is different
Compared with flat air mill, fluidized bed air mill has narrower particle size distribution and better particle size uniformity.
