What Is The Correct Cleaning And Maintenance Of Small Crushers

Aug 28, 2021

Families occasionally use small pulverizers to crush rice, soybeans, mung beans, etc. In many cases, rice may be crushed and soybeans may be crushed, but the two cannot be mixed. At this time, the crusher needs to be cleaned to avoid poor material mixing and crushing effect. So, how to clean and maintain correctly?

Clean the crushing chamber of the small crusher (note that all operations involving opening the crushing chamber should unplug the power cord).

The engine room of the crusher is what we call the "crushing room", which is the place where all items are crushed, so it is a special cleaning place. The main fixed position of crushing chamber and motor is at the "cutter head" position in the engine room. The upper part of the cutter head is fixed with stainless steel screws. Loosen the screw here with a wrench and remove the blade, and you can separate the engine room from the motor. Pay attention to pull out the connecting wire when separating.

Cleaning tools for crushing cavities involve special wrenches, brushes, etc. The pulverizer is equipped with a special wrench, which is convenient to use when removing the cutter head. The pulverizer is also equipped with a special cleaning brush. Please clean it with clean water instead of other cleaners. In fact, just use detergent. After washing, wipe it dry with a dry rag.

Operation and maintenance of small crusher;

1. Generally, it takes only half a minute to crush traditional Chinese medicine and one minute to crush hard medicine.

2. The crushed drug shall not exceed half of the capacity of the crushing chamber.

3. Always check the blade screws and tighten them.

4. After long-term use, the carbon brush and blade are seriously worn and need to be replaced.

5. The machine cannot be used continuously for a long time, and each start-up time shall not exceed 5 minutes. If the processing volume is large, it should be used at intervals to prevent bearing overheating and damage to the motor.
