10 If abnormal conditions such as high vibration and high noise of the pulverizer are found, the machine should be immediately shut down for inspection
11 Spindle bearings should be added with 80g of grease after every 40 hours of operation, but only to 60%. After 1800 hours of operation, the bearing box cover should be removed and replaced with all used grease. When changing to fresh grease, add grease to the area around the rollers and bearing rings and add 1/31/2 of grease to the bottom case. Do not add too much grease.
12 When it is found that the output of the pulverizer suddenly drops, in addition to the factors of the raw materials, it is important to check whether the supplementary air door is in place, whether the pipeline is leaking, whether the pulse bag is blocking the solenoid valve, and whether the fan is working normally.

1. The equipment should be installed on a level concrete foundation and fixed with anchor bolts.
