3. Pulse dust removal device
(1) Pulse dust removal is to increase the injection of compressed air to remove the dust attached to the filter bag. There are several groups of pulse valves according to the size of the equipment, which are controlled by the pulse controller. Open a group of pulse valves each time, and use the high-pressure air flow to blow back from the inside to the outside to remove the dust on the part of the cloth bag controlled by it, while other cloth bags work normally. After a period of time, the next group of pulse valves are opened, and so on.
(2) The crushed dust is easy to adhere to the cloth bag. If there is no pulse dust removal, the cloth bag will soon be full of dust, resulting in poor exhaust, resulting in poor transportation of crushed powder, reduced production efficiency, and faster temperature rise in the crushing chamber. At this time, it is necessary to stop the machine to clean the cloth bag, which is time-consuming and laborious.
(3) Strong ash removal capacity, high dust removal efficiency and small floor area. Extend the ash cleaning cycle and reduce the labor intensity.
4. With the addition of air hammer, many collectors will produce material sticking to the wall and poor recovery, which requires manual knocking and falling, which not only increases the amount of labor, but also causes appearance deformation and affects the beauty and material collection. An air hammer is added to the outer body of the machine for regular automatic knocking, so that the material collection is smoother, time-saving and labor-saving.
