Working Principle
The working principle of MKL-DT Compressed air crusher is: with compressed gas through the filling jet, the raw material is brought into the crushing chamber, the material is driven by the high-speed airflow sprayed by multiple nozzles distributed around the mainframe disc, and sprayed in a tangential way to the corundum inner wall of the cylinder, to achieve the effect of collision and friction crushing. Subject to strong airflow regular impact, causing the material to collide and shear with each other, and with the perimeter wall of the grinding chamber and the upper and lower cover of the counter-impact, forming three kinds of crushing conditions, to achieve the purpose of crushing. By adjusting the longitudinal depth of the crushing chamber, crushing pressure or charging speed, to control the fineness of the crushing. Compared to fluidised bed airflow crushers, the fineness of crushing is less controllable, but for materials with a certain viscosity, it has a very good crushing effect.
