Product Features(Spiral Grinder)

1. Applicable to dry powder material ultra-fine crushing. Its impact strength can reach more than Mach 2.5, general materials are easily crushed to 1-10 micron particles.

2. Compared to the fluidized bed airflow crusher, it has a good crushing effect on the viscous materials and refrains from clogging.

3. No temperature rise in the crushing process. The compressed gas nozzle cools down the temperature. Besides, there is no mechanical friction, so the crushing process will not heat up. It is ideal for heat-sensitive, low melting point material crushing.

4. Simple structure. It is easy to clean, easy to operate and maintain with a small footprint. It has low noise and no vibration, etc.

5. The cost is relatively low. The cyclone dust collector, fan, control box and other unnecessary equipment could be eliminated according to actual demand.
