Working Principle of the Circular Mill:

The pressurized gas passes through the jet generated by the feeding ejector, so that the crushed raw materials are sucked into the mixing chamber from the feed port, and injected into the crushing chamber at the lower end through the venturi tube. There are a series of nozzles on the periphery of the crushing chamber. The jet flow rate of the nozzles is very high. However, the flow velocity of the jets of each layer is not equal, and the particles move with the jets of each layer, so the particles form unequal flow speeds, which cause grinding and collision with each other to crush. The formed jet model can be roughly divided into inner layer, middle layer and outer layer.

The high-pressure airflow is sprayed into the racetrack-shaped circular tube crushing chamber with unequal diameter and variable curvature through a set of nozzles. Due to the difference in flow velocity, the particles will collide, collide, and rub against each other to achieve ultra-fine crushing. At the same time, the swirling flow also drives the surface of the crushed particles upwards into the classification zone. Under the action of the centrifugal force field in the classification zone, the dense material flow is divided. In the outer layer, return along the descending pipe to continue to circulate and crush. The outer jet has the longest distance, where the particles collide and grind the most.
