Performance Introduction
1. This Disc Micronizer is mounted with a vertical classifier. Product size D50 is adjustable between 0.5-8 microns, small in average particle size and dense in distribution.
2. This Disc Micronizer can be used in series with a multi-stage classifier to produce multiple size particles at one time.
3. Equipment is easy to disassemble and clean, and the inner wall is smooth without blind angles.
4. The whole system is enclosed and crushed, with less dust and low noise, the production process is clean and environmental-friendly.
5. This Disc Micronizer adopts automatic conveying and DCS program control, which is easy to operate and saves labour cost.
