Main Machine Structure

The main machine of the Fluidized-Bed Jet Mill consists of a feeding device, a crushing chamber, a discharge port, a compressed air distribution tube and a nozzle. The feed nozzle and crushing nozzle is made of high strength wear-resistant ceramic, the nozzle structure meets the supersonic design requirements: the rest of the parts are lined with high strength, high wear-resistance and high temperature-resistant engineering ceramics, among which the feed venturi tube, ceramic ring, discharge port lining, the inner side of the upper and lower covers are made of high strength corundum.
