Features:

When the compressed air enters the grinding chamber, there are 4 grinding jet nozzles around the grinding chamber, and the jet airflow, the material receives high-speed impact from the airflow, collides, and achieves the effect of Fluid Bed Jet Pulverizer. The grading wheel separates the fine particles, and the coarse particles circulate back. The pulverizing chamber continues to be pulverized, and the ultrafine powder uniformly distributed is collected from the discharge port of the grading wheel.

1. It is suitable for dry ultrafine technology. The impact velocity of air flow can reach Mach 2.5 or more. Generally, it is easy to obtain 1-10 micron particles. According to the characteristic of materials, particles less than 1 micron can also be obtained.

2. Because of the grading wheel structure inside the pulverizer and the continuous circulation grinding of coarse particles, the particles are uniform and the size distribution range is small.

3. The equipment has the advantages of short comminution time, easy disassembly and cleaning, small floor area, low noise (72 decibels) and no vibration.

4. High milling efficiency, continuous milling, can maintain the purity of the products.


Granulation is the core of the entire process. Granulator is the key to make sure granulated pesticides and drying process con-figured, which is based on the characteristics of pesticides, experimental data and engineering application examples, choosing rotating extrusion granulator or twin screw extruder granulator. (Add cooling water system on drive shaft section), or screw granulator (Add cooling water system to Granulation chamber section), or a fluidized-bed granulator (Fluidized bed granulation process and extrusion granulation process is different). The requirement of moisture content of granulation is about 8-18%.Based on product characteristics and production processes, to determine the design of the process mainly consist of: kneading, granulation, drying, screening, packaging, hot air systems, dust removal system.
